Phil is wonderful to work with. He was there every step of the process. He sold my aunt’s home a few years ago as part of her estate and when it came time to sell our home in Florence, Nj, there was no one else we even considered listing with. We had some hiccups with the first buyer and we eventually ended that deal. Phil found us another buyer within a week and we settled for more than we thought and stayed in the original time frame. From listing to closing it was about 90 days. Highly recommend him. If we still were in NJ and needed to sell property I would use him without hesitation.
